6. Customizations and Changes

   » You may request customizations or changes to your digital invitation design. However, these requests must be made within a reasonable time frame after the draft is provided.

   » If any changes are required after final approval or delivery of the invitation, additional charges may apply.

   » If you need a revision, you can contact our customer support team, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
   
   

7. Pricing and Payments

   The prices for our services are as listed on our website at the time of your order.

   Payments for digital invitation card design services must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

   We accept payments via credit card, debit card, net banking and e-wallets(PhonePe, Paytm, Gpay).

   Any additional charges, such as for expedited service or custom designs, will be communicated prior to processing the order.
   
   

8. Refund Policy

   Refunds will be processed only if no work has begun. Once the draft design has been started or completed, no refund will be issued.

   If you are dissatisfied with our Services, please contact our customer support team, and we will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
   
   

9. Delivery of Digital Invitations

   » Once your digital invitation card is completed and approved, it will be sent to you via email or whatsapp.

   » We make every effort to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or factors beyond our control.
